My router is model WNR2000, and the blue light to confirm wireless internet will not come on. The top two lights are green and my computer has no wireless internet because the blue light is off. Can anyone offer a solution to this? Thank you.

Thank you, Elaine. Apparently, there was a setting on my computer that was not allowing the blue light to turn on, and the issue is now resolved. Thank you for your reply. Kathy

Did you try to factory reset the router?

If you did and still the wireless light is not lit then consider the unit faulty.

Check if you can still replace it if it's within the hardware warranty.
