D6000 connection problems
On going network/internet connection problems with D6000 AC750 WiFi DSL Modem Router. Purchased because we finaly moved into the 20th century and now have a "smart TV". Trouble is the Modem Router is giving us continuous grief. Eventualy a connection is made, (here I am),but each time I turn it on, the router indicates network connection not available. It is available or I would not be able to post this. I am not a PC genius, older and more dinasaur like. Just want to turn on to read emails, or occasionaly access the web. Why is it so difficult? Shall I return this recently purchased product for a refund? Looks like many similar difficulties encountered by other people when using this D6000 model. Web site indicates A040A07DFBOE is an invalid serial number, because it only has 12 digits. It is what it is, and is taken from the back of the recently purchased router. Where too from here??? Any and all help gratefully received.
