C3700-100NAS is blocking ip Camera. I cannot see the ip address at all and do not know mac address
Normally, I have an issue setting up a new ip camera, because the router blocks the new ip address immediately. When the router blocks it I am unable to see the ip address at all, not even in the blocked attached devices. With the other cameras I have setup I was given the mac address (located on the camera or manual) and able to manually add it to LAN. This camera I do not have access to the mac address without being connected to it. Since my router is not even showing it attached (not even in blocked attached devices) I am at a loss of what to do. Can anyone walk me through a way to add the camera, please? Thanks in advance!!
