I am trying to set up my ReadyNas to allow me to get remote access so that I can listen to music stored on the NAS on my Android phone. I can access the files on my phone via the ReadyCloud app, but when I try and open one of the files remotely to listen to it, I get 'The location http//127.0.0.1:8787/'filename'.mp3' cannot be played. These files play happily on on LAN so I must be missing something on the Readycloud set up, but I have no idea what. I am not very teccy, so if you are happy to help please could any response bear this in mind. If relevant, the model is a ReadyNAS 31200, although I can't get this in the model field for seom reason.3KViews0likes4CommentsAfther restarting windows can't logon to the ready cloud app
Hello i cant log on to Ready Cloud app afther i restart my computer (win 11) .I get the error massage readyCloud network is not availible I can see my nas in my network en kan get my files but i can 't backup anymore ore replace a backup trough the app .wel can i login at https://www.netgear.com/ with my pasword.I have 6 HDD's insite 2x 4Tb and 3X8Tb so atotal of 36TB raid 5 now the nas is sayingSolvedReadycloud
Wie helpt mij a.u.b. Als ik via de Chrome browser de snelkoppeling start voor de Ready-Cloud, kan ik niet inloggen omdat het beeld begint te knipperen en ook blijft knipperen, Als ik dit doe via de Edge browser, is er niets aan de hand, als ik het via FireFox doe, is er ook niets aan de hand. Ik maak een share aan op mijn Netgear ReadyNAS 102 RN10200 Firmware 6.10.5 Hotfix 1 via mijn beheerpagina (maakt niet uit op welke van de 3, deze hebben exacte dezelfde instellingen en firmware) Deze share kan ik in mijn thuisnetwerk of via de telefoon (zonder wifi) via de netgear app benaderen zonder problemen. Als ik deze share wil delen via e-mail met iemand ga ik naar de readycloud, log in op mijn nas, rechtsklik op de share Kies voor Share as Link Vink Requires Password aan, vul een ww in en kies expires after en kies een datum en vink Notify me when link is cliked aan. Ik kopieer de link die verschijnt en mail hem naar mezelf en diegene waarmee ik hem wil delen. Als ik de link probeer te benederen krijg ik een inlogscherm, vul het ww in en krijg ik de foutmelding The requested resource does not exist. Een vriend van mij die eenzelfde nas heeft (zelfde firmware), gebruikt de zelfde methode en krijgt ook deze foumelding. VPN staat uit, poorten staan goed wamt via de telefoon kan ik hem gewoon benaderen via de app of via readycloud op de pc van een vriend. We are having some problems with a NAS 424. The readycloud is used on a Windows 10 and Macbook without any problems. Recently we bought a new Macbook (with the same softwareversion Catalina 10.15.5) and now with the new Macbook the Readycloud app doesn't work. Whe we start up the old Macbook again it does synchronize via LAN and WAN and the new MacBook only syncs via LAN. A reboot of the NAS didn't make any differance. Also switched of anti virus/firewalls, logged off and logged on again in the app etc. but still we ge get the message " Online (VPN disconnected). Has somebody got the same problem or even beter a sugestion how to solve this?? Thanks in advance.unable to give users acces by email adres to shared folder in readycloud on rn10200
Why does giving a user access by email adres to a shared folder in the readycloud by means of the following instructions not work anymore. Does anyone have experience with synchronizing 2 PC with 1 NAS 424 server? It works well for 1 account, now I want to synchronize the 2nd PC with only one of the 2 shares but I can't get it done. I also don't see the share in my 2nd readycloud account. I received an email with "has invited you to access and share files via ReadyCLOUD" but cannot access the share. Someone perhaps has tips / ideas / experience with this?RN 424 Sync with 2 PC's
Heeft er iemand ervaring met het synchroniseren van 2 PC met 1 NAS 424 server? Het werkt goed voor 1 account, nu wil ik de 2e PC met een andere account (met maar toestemming voor 1 share) synchroniseren maar krijg het niet voor elkaar. Ik zie de share ook niet in mijn 2e readycloud account. Krijg wel een email met " has invited you to access and share files via ReadyCLOUD" maar kan de share niet benaderen. Salve, ho appena resettato il mio router R7000 alle impostazioni di fabbrica in quanto mi ero dimenticato la password di admin. Purtroppo da quando l'ho resettato non riesco più a vedere dalle app Readycloud la chiavetta usb che avevo collegato. Dalla pagina del sito http://readycloud.netgear.com è tutto perfetto, vedo il router, leggo e scrivo in tutte le cartelle condivise, ma da app Readycloud su Win e su Android vedo solo il router. Su Win appare la chavetta usb ma non la posso aprire. Il router R7000 è ora configurato come AP ed accede ad internet tramite un modem fibra Tim. Temo che durante la configurazione automatica del R7000 il sistema possa aver impostato qualcosa di diverso, certo mi sembra strano che tramite il sito di Readycloud il problema non si presenti. Hi all, Problem: Readycloud VPN Disconnected OS: Apple 10.13.3 MBair and MBpro Readycloud Desktop version: 1.6V I think this has been raised before but Im having it happen across most of my macs again. We can connect with readycloud app while we are on the same network but as soon as we go outside the network and try to connect we get this error as above. I have disabled the IPv6 on the Netgear server but this has not helped. The Strange thing is my MB Pro at home connects to the server useing Readycloud version 1.5v. So I tried replacing the contents of the Readycloud version 1.6v. app with my 1.5v but it didnt work. does anyone have any ideas. Also does anyone know how to use ReadyCloud Network, Manually set proxy server settings? and would this fix my problem? Thanks All Regards Ben3.6KViews0likes6Comments
