2 TopicsReadyCloud "VPN Disconnected" Still a Problem Logging In
For months now I would get the occassional "VPN disconnected" notice - like many others have experienced - when I tried to login to remotely access my files from a laptop, using the ReadyCloud desktop app. Back then, I could at least log out and back in or restart the app and it would start working again after one attempt. However, this is no longer the case. Ever since the ReadyCloud outage that lasted hours around a week ago, I now go some 10-20 attempts at this before it finally lets me in. It takes about 30-45 minutes of retries. Any ideas to fix this? I'm running v1.15 on Windows 10 Home edition.VPN connection problem RN10400 - problems with synchronization
Hi, RN104 Ready Claud app VPN connection connected but I can’t access to my folders via win explore v: 6.6.0; v 6.6.1 Eth0, static IP (I have 4 NAS in 4 different locations) Proxy not set; primary DNS (primary router DNS), and primary ISP DNS as secondary DNS. Successfully connects via any wi fi network with RC app on the desired NAS with a VPN connection. But the data via Win Explorer can not be accessed? In the past, I can? E.g. I have mapped drive P:\Public (\\NAS_SGZ\Public) which I cannot access while connected thru RC app VPN. I got this error shown on image below: (translation: Napaka pri vnovičnem vzpostavljanjem povezave = Error re-establishing a connection; Ta povezav ni bila obnovljena = This connection has not been restored) Then I check connections in cmd(admin) and I got that there are no connections? Show image below: I do not understand the NETGEAR synchronization. At the local disk I have 25 GB of data in specific folder while the share on the NAS on the some folder has marked files to 2.2 GB of data. And then certain folders are synchronized even I have on disk 25 GB and on share 2.2 GB (I somehow can see all files in cloud, too) but with most folders that’s not true ? Some advice , tips ? Indexation occur 99 or 100%, and then falls to 1%, or any number of percent (Problem over 3 GB of data? Any help will be appreciated. Best regards, Tomi
