ReadyShareにWindowsからアクセスできない
先日 ReadyShareを設定し、Win10において、ネットワークドライブとして設定しようと思ったのですが、アクセス出来ませんでした。 iOSのftp接続できるアプリからは接続先として登録することが出来て、中の動画なども正常に再生できます。昨日までは正常にPCからも不安定ながら接続出来ていたのですが、IPアドレスの設定などを変更していたらアクセスできなくなってしまいました。

[Nighthawk R7000] readyshare(USB-HDD外付)で複数HDDの認識
Nighthawk R7000のNAS機能(readyshare機能)についての質問がございます．以下に症状と質問事項をまとめております．機種: Nighthawk R7000 Firm: V1.0.9.42_10.2.44 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 症状 USB-IFから外付けするストレージとして，「センチュリー裸族の集合住宅 5BAY USB3.0＆eSATA CRSJ535EU3S6G」を用いております． HDDケースにディスクを1つ入れた場合はHDDを正常認識しますが，ディスクを 2つ入れた場合はHDD認識に不具合が生じます．具体的には以下の症状を確認しています．USB3とUSB2の口がありますがどちらも同じ状況です． [HDD1つ] * 正常認識 [HDD2つ] * 若いスロットのHDDのみが認識されるケース * 認識しようとしてHDDケースに何度もリセットがかかり，結局1つも認識できないケース ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 質問今後の対処のため，今回の不具合の原因が，仕様によるものか個体の相性の問題によるものなのか，知りたく存じます． -- R7000では1つのUSB-IFから複数のHDDを認識させることはできない仕様になっているでしょうか(NETGEARの管理画面からは複数のネットワークフォルダを表示する雰囲気がありますが)．もしそうだとしたら，例えばRAID機能付きの複数BayHDDケースを用いて，ケース側で複数HDDを1つのHDDのように見せるようにすれば認識するのでしょうか．そのあたり，ご経験・知識おありでしたらご助言いただけるとうれしいです．あるいは，何か他の仕様上の制約に引っかかっているのであれば，ご存知の方ご教示いただければ幸いです．

R7000での共有ディレクトリ名
お世話になっております．Nighthawk R7000を利用しており，readyShareについて質問がございます． USBでHDDを接続してネットワーク共有しているのですが，共有ディレクトリ名が，\\readyshare\R_DriveEになったり\\readyshare\P_Driveになったりすることがあります．命名には何か規則があるのでしょうか．

[R7000] ReadyDLNAの設定画面が見つからない
お世話になっております．Nighthawk R7000を利用しており，DLNAについて質問がございます．具体的には，DLNAの設定をしたい(具体的には不具合発生原因になっているようなのでOFFにしたい)のですが，設定画面が見当たりません．ファームウェアバージョンV1.0.9.42_10.2.44を用いています．以下マニュアルを見ると「［高度］>［USB ストレージ］>［メディアサーバー］を選択します」とありますが，［USB ストレージ］という項目がありません． https://www.netgear.jp/support/manual/R7000/R7000_UM_JP_14Apr14_low.pdf 代わりに[USB機能]がありますが，以下3つのサブメニューしかありません． ReadySHAREストレージ ReadySHARE プリント Netgear ReadySHARE Vault どのようにすればDLNAの設定をすることができるのでしょうか．

Ready Share does not work
I connected a WD external hard drive to my router. I cannot access it per the instructions. I tried \\readyshare and it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? The NetGear genie sees the external harddrive as \\readyshare\USB_Storage, yet when I try it I get the following error message "Windows cannot access \\readyshare". I am so frustrated.

Latest frimware for R6400 V1.0.1.34_1.0.24
After installing latest firmware (V1.0.1.34_1.0.24) on Jan 13, I am no longer able to access readyshare via USB 3.0. It was previosuly intermittent until the last firmware update remedied that issue. Win10 Pro x64 V1709 Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks

ReadySHARE USB Printer for macos High Sierra - Installation Is Incomplete
Hi, I am having trouble installing the ReadyShare USB Printer (ReadySHARE USB Printer MAC_V2.36) on macOS High Sierra. Whenever the installation completes and the machines reboots, Netgear USB Control Center is giving the following error message " Installation is incomplete! Please reinstall again. " How do i fix this? Or is the software incompatible with High Sierra? Kindly advice. Thanks, Darren

ReadyShare SMB1 Error
Connecting a USB Storage to my router I get the following error when I try to connect. I updated to the latest firmware, but that had no effect. Any ideas? System error 384 has occurred. You can't connect to the file share because it's not secure. This share requires the obsolete SMB1 protocol, which is unsafe and could expose your system to attack. R8000 USB 3.0 not working after updating to Firmware 1.0.3.54
My readyshare drive (external hard drive) plugged into the USB 3.0 port was inaccessible after updating my R8000 firmware to the latest verions 1.0.3.54. The drive wasn't being recognized by the router, by checking the web interface. There was no issue with the drive when plugged into the USB 2.0 port or my laptop. I checked the USB 3.0 port with a couple other external hard drives and usb pen drives. Again with the same results, not recognized in the USB 3.0 port, but working fine in the USB 2.0 port. Resetting back to factory settings didn't help. From there I rolled back to firmware version 1.0.3.48, and then like magic the drive in the USB 3.0 port was being recognized. There seems to be several posts regarding issues with the USB 3.0 port, but the only solutions being offered by support is to try a factory reset. I was very close to contacting support for a hardware replacement since my warranty is close to the end of the one year. My issue isn't hardware, it's with the firmware. I hope there is work being done resolve the issue in a firmware update.

Password READYSHARE differente
Buongiorno Ho da poco installato una piccola rete domestica, utilizzando il mio D6220 per condividere una chiavetta USB con dei documenti. Al momento la password che si può inserire è solo quella di amministrazione del modem. Però a questo punto un ospite, potrebbe accedere al modem e cambiare i settaggi! Suggerisco di inserire la possibilità di usare una password differente per READYSHARE, quindi non la stessa del modem. Spero prendiate in considerazione questo suggerimento!
