Laptop where previous install located crashed. Tried doing a new install, but the netgear lic server wants me to un-install previous copy. That's not going to be possible. I see from previous posts that the key can be reset and then I would be able to reinstall. Tried doing this thru phone support earlier today but after almost two hours on the phone and being transferred four times I got tired of the run around... This should not be this difficult... Any help would greatly be appreciated. RemSolved2KViews0likes4CommentsVPNG01L licence key activation

Hello: I've connected my laptop to the office router using the VPN Client Lite software. My issue is that when in the Router's WEB Interface and I select 'VPN' and then select 'Connection Status'; what I see is the Remote Client's IP Address under the POLICY NAME instead of the actual Policy Name. Is there any way to have the Policy Name displayed as it is for my Box to Box VPN Tunnels? Thank you for your comments and support. Hi, I purchased a VPN subscription for the Insight Instant VPN service because it seemed convienent and took the hassle of setting something up out of my hands. The email comes with downloads for Mac/Windows packages, but I have a few machines that I'd also like to connect to the VPN on but they are running Linux. Is there any way to manually configure a VPN connection to the Insight Instant VPN service? I feel like this should be possible or supported somehow. I am using the VPN service with a BR500. Any help is appreciated, thank you.1.5KViews0likes1CommentIPSEC VPN ACCESING THROUGH COMPUTER NAME
