1 TopicCan no longer use nighthawk app or routerlogin.net, they just do not load.
I have made a mistake somewhere and now when I try to log into the ip address or routerlogin.net, it tries to load, but to no avail. I am also unable to use the Netgear Nighthawk app, strangely I am still able to connect to the internet, all be it slower speeds, much slower. This all started because I plugged a removable usb drive into the back of the router and set up Ready Cloud, after doing so, I was still unable to access the usb drive and the above problem happened with me not being able to connect to the router settings. Since I cannot connect to the router settings, I cannot reverse or unregister from Ready Cloud in hopes that will fix my problem. The windows error message I get when I run a network diagnostic test is this; The remote device or resource won’t accept the connection. If it helps, I am running Windows 11. Please help, I have a house full of smart home devices and cameras and really do hope that I don't have to reset the router but can find a fix. Thank you, Caleb White743Views0likes1Comment
