I understand that there is an issue with detecting the USB adapter when on Windows 10 during the installation which has been solved. I just finished building my PC and currently using Windows 10 Pro. I’ve tried tutorials to fix it but I can’t follow all the steps that are shown as they’re using the regular windows 10. Please help.3.5KViews0likes10CommentsNETGEAR A6210 WiFi USB3.0 Adapter Connection Speed Still 54Mb/s Argggh!
I have installed software version 1.0.0.36 as recommended on this forum, I have set the USB Speed to 3.0 in the Advanced tab, I have disabled the NetgearUSBSwitch process from Start-up, and probably a few other things too which escape me at this hour, but I still only get a slow 54Mb/s connection speed. After the installation of the software v1.0.0.36 the connection speed did go up to 144Mb/s and all was good, but the next start up of my PC and all back as it was. Any suggestion would be gratefully received as I'm just about to purchase another manufacturers Wi-Fi Adapter. Thanks in advance.Solved11KViews0likes5CommentsWNA1100 arthurx.sys update
Hello, My WNA 1100 N150 adaptor has an issue where it will occasionally cut out and cause my PC to blue-screen. It points to one of the drivers, arthurx.sys, as the cause. Looking around, the suggestion is to upgrade the driver, but there's a problem, the NETGEAR driver installer requires me to unplug my adaptor which then causes the blue screen. Launching the installer with it already unplugged, the old driver will be re-installed once I plug it back in, so the installer does nothing. Can I get the latest arthurx.sys driver file as a seperate download so I can upgrade it manually? Current version : 2.0.0.5 Version of installer : 2.2.0.1 Thanks in advance.4.3KViews0likes5CommentsWNDA3100V3 BSOD Security Check Error with disconnect and reconnects
Every time my Netgear WNDA3100V3 USB WIFI adapter disconnects and then reconnects to the internet, my computer shuts down and displays the BSOD (blue screen of death) that says the stop code. "Kernel Security Check Error" and tells me to go to windows.com/stopcode and find an answer? Well I have uninstalled and reinstalled and made sure my computer and the adapter are updated. Nothing works. This happens many times a day! Windows 10 Pro ASUS M5A78L-M USB3 AMD FX 6300 64 bit 8 GB ram6.3KViews0likes6Comments
