Hi all, I have a problem to reset the switch. I tried in different ways. Only 2-3 seconds, with power off, etc. I was only able to connect 1 time to the switch (it is brand new) and could configure it. After a reboot I did not can access to the switch. The switch did not assign a IP from the dhcp. Even if I try with a direct connection to 192.168.0.239 did not work. I also installed the Prosafe utility and it did not see the switch. Have seen some other posters say that support has told them the current FVS devices are end of life (FVS318Gv2, FVS336Gv3, SRX5308)? Is this confirmed? Are there plans for a refresh? How can I get information on a registered product corrected? I bought 3-GS716Tv2 switches from same vendor on the same day but somehow, one of them is showing an incorrect date of purchase, thereby, cancelling out the 90-day "complimentary" support. I updated the firmware via web (chrome, linux) from version 9 to 12, and I've seen the progress bar for file loading go up to 100% and then become simply stuck there for over 30 minutes. Chrome was not waiting for further updates from the page, so I simply refreshed the page and hit reboot. The switch part is still working, but it won't get an ip address anymore from the dhcp, it's not reachable and of course I cannot use the web ui anymore. Is there a way to do a full reset and revert to the previous firmware? Also: I'm trying to open an RMA but after I insert serial and issue description I get a case number that is not shown anywhere anymore in my profile. We purchased 6 SRX5308 firewalls in may of 2011. At that time I didn't know there was a VPN Client for windows available. Now I would like to use it, but I need a license key to install it, which I don't have. Units purchased in 2012 get 5 licence keys, but what about the ones purchased before that date? I don't have the box or the cd anymore, so i can't check what was included... Hello the Netgear Community, I currently have 3 firewall FVX538 purchased in 2008 have been replaced in 2011 by SRX5308 model. I am unable to obtain a license key for the VPN Lite client because it is purchased before 2012. (source: https://my.netgear.com/myNETGEAR/v2/VPNUpgrade/VPNregistration.aspx) I'm sad because I'll only need 2 licenses while I could have 15. Can we still hoped these licenses? We have 3 Wireless controllers WC7520 and more than 30 AP's (all WNDAP360) in our environment. We configure Radius server on a server running Windows Server 2012r2 with NPS. We using WPA2 with AES encryption, we have the correct profile and RADIUS server set up however when we go to authenticate in the RADIUS server nothing happens. The worst part is there is no log incident created on the RADIUS server. The firmware of our Wireless Controller is: 2.3.1.5_3034. Any Advice? thank youSolved5.9KViews0likes7Comments
