Hello all, Just ordered 2 Wilson 10dbi yagi's and cables and patch cords, etc. My question is how do you have yours mounted? Stacked, side by side, or + 45 -45 In in a rural area in east T.N. and only get 1 sometimes 2 bars @ 2-4 gb if I stand in the right spot. Trying to limit my trips up on the roof if I can get the rig setup before and and just put some lag bolts in my pocket and a wrench and 1 and done this joker the first time! Thanks *Sorry for the cross post in the Wi-Fi forumNighthawk m1 external antenna setup

Hello, I am a total newbie so please go gently. I just purchased the wifi extender ac1900 since I have a location in my house that the wifi completely drops off and becomes inaccessible. I pay for 150 Mbps internet service and get close to that speed if I am in the main part of my home. Once I installed the extender I am able to get around 10 Mbps in the problem area which is ok but not great. My question is this. Can I run a hard wire from my modem to the extender in order to boost its wifi output in that area? I would like to keep using my modem inside my home since I get great speeds. Please let me know if this can be done.510Views0likes1Comment
