RNDU2000 cant factory reset
Hi, I recently bought a second hand READYNAS RNDU2000 FM:V4.2.19. The previous owner told me it had a corrupt root error which could be solved with a factory reset. I have placed a recently formatted (NTFS) 1TB drive in to the bay, switch it on and confirmed there was a corrupt root error. I checked the forum and followed the suggestions for a factory reset. The unit doesnt seem to respond to the factory reset, no flashing lights etc. Now the NAS isnt even getting picked up by READYNAS RAIDar. Can anyone please shine some light on what has happen and a possible solution? Thanks in advance, Michael
