Ipad iphone app access to netready netgear
For IOS iphone, ipad, ipad pro apps... Does anyone know how to add access readycloud netgear cloud to other icloud access types for example, when using ms apps like word, excel, etc; when opening a doc from 'other location' you can not add readycloud as a cloud server; in ios apps instead u have to download from readycloud to another cloud server that u have available such as dropbox, google drive, 1drive, etc (all listed except readycloud) then open the doc from that server that u downloaded the file too This function probably does not exist Netgear; WORK with IOS TEAM to get readycloud hooked up

Can somebody please help? I have had my ReadyNAS since 2012. I have been able to access shares locally on the network with my Macs. I have never been able to access shares with my iPhone IOS. I can log on, and see my NAS, but then it times out on "Connecting to device" I have tried all options including guest access and anonymous access on the shares. They are all AFP and SMB and FTP activated. I have trying with this for many months. I need to access my files remotely over the internet. If I cannot find a solution this will have to be trashed and I will have to get a Drobo or anything that works. Thank you in advance, PhilSolved
Mobile preview problem
I faced a problem after sharing link via readycloud: photo viewers cannot enlarge pictures in preview mode. This seems to be in all mobile devices (at least iOS 9.3.5 and some Android). Hi Guys, following the recent changes including firmware upgrade to 6.50, I have found a number of problems which I dont know how to resolve. I no longer seem to be able logon or find or setup the existing NAS using Chrome. I can see it in Explorer 10 but when I go to either the signin page or setup new Ready Nas the screen just stops. Also the Readycloud app on my iPhone 5 using 9.3.2 no longer works either. Problem with not being able to use Chrome is I cant drag and drop files to the NAS anymore. Any suggestions? I am running Windows 10 64bit and everything was working fine until the very recent changes. Bob Ebel Adelaide SA Australia
