Streaming/Browsing issue on C7000
Not sure what the issue here is. I have the 150MBps internet service from Comcast, and ethernet speed tests show I am getting it. What is bothering me, (and maybe its a Comcast issue) when my wife is doing a Facebook Live video for her work, using a cell phone or tablet connected to the 2.4GHz frequency. If I do something on my tablet or phone it will cause a disruption or weak signal to her stream. What bothers me about this, is I am connected to the 5GHz frequency. Could this potentially be a setting I screwed up in the modem? Or would this be on the Comcast Upload side? Thanks!C3000 ping issues
Recently, about every 20 minutes to an hour my ping will jump from around 30 to 600. If I restart the router/modem the ping will go back to normal, but not until then, so I know it is a problem with the C3000 and not something with my ISP. Also I get a large ping spike once around every 30 seconds where my ping will spike to 600 and then return again. I had this router/modem since May and it has just recently started doing this. Any idea for a solution?
