Hi, Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong support group. The primary WiFi on the SXR30 stopped working (Can't get an IP address). The Guest WiFi still works. But I need to use the primary WiFi. So my goal is to log into the device and reconfigure the primary WiFi network. Here is what I have done -- nothing worked so far: Rebooted to Modem and restarted the SXR30 router. 2) While connected to the Guest WiFI I tried to connect using ORBILOGIN.COM and ORBILOGIN.NET, as well as 192.168.1.1, and 10.0.0.1. The browser times out and can't connect 3) Connected my laptop using Ethernet cable to one of the LAN ports and tried connecting using the above login options. Nothing works. 4) Searched on the available WiFi networks for one with SSID ORBI92. No such network exists. 5) Use the ORBI app on my Android phone, but being on the guest WiFi it wouldn't allow me to connect. 6) Called Tech Support, but since I purchased the system in Feb 23, 2022 -- my tech support expired. The support tech also told me that due to security issues my system will completely stopped working unless i renew the support. I know that my ORBI Router and satellites have the latest firmware as of May 2025 since I was able to access the devices and have the firmware update. (I'm not sure how I access it then, LOL). My devices are registered on the Netgear site. I'm OK paying for the tech support, but I would think that this problem should not be so hard to solve. Any suggesting how to access the router and check why the primary WiFi isn't working? Thanks, NahumAP WAC124 doesn't work after upgrade!
Hello, I updated my WAC124 AP from WAC124-V1.0.4.4 to WAC124-V1.0.4.9 via webgui, but it stuck without completing the update. So I tried an older firmware version, WAC124-V1.0.4.6, downloaded from the official website. After updating, the AP stopped working. When I turn on the AP, the LED stays solid and no other LEDs light up. The reset button doesn't seem to work; after holding it down for more than 10 seconds, nothing changes (with the AP on). If I press the reset button with the AP off and then restart it, I see that the power and USB LEDs light up alternately and stay that way forever. What can I do to fix this? Thank you!WAC104 beeping
WAC104 beeps for about 2 mins then stops. Does this about the same time every 24 hours. Can anyone tell me why? Is it a sign of a problem, and should I do something? It lives outside so it's not bothersome, just very weird. It's still doing it's job extending my network. video15Views0likes1CommentI just bought one and it's a freaking headache
Hi there :) did you get it to go? I just bought one and it's a freaking headache! I think I got ripped off but I am determined at the same time... I can't seem to find any straight forward instructions and ChatGBT is helpful but at the same time has steered me wrong costing me literally hours of time until I realised ie netgear1 not netgear etc. I even went and bought a SAT cable - but it was the wrong one so have to take it back and get a powered one... it's very frustrating isn't it? I just wanted to back up all my music/recordings/plugins etc... jaedster@hotmail.comReadynas duo
I recently got one of these off ebay. It didnt have any drives in it so I have put in a WD 4TB hdd. I booted it up and have got lights flashing. The power one is flashing and the top and bottom are flashing intermittently. I have tried to connect to it via the 192.168.0.xx to see what is happening but to no avail. I am scratching my head and debating just buying another nas drive that will actually work
