Hi, I'm having the same issue with my RBR350 - Orbi AX1800 WiFi 6 Dual-band Mesh Router. I can't find the parental Controls option in the Orbi app or on the router admin via web. I bought this system from Officeworks. The Netgear website says all Orbi Mesh systems can use Parental Controls, however when I follow this guide (and the advice above) about logging in to the router to set up Parental Controls, I don't get that option. I've had my Orbi RBK50 since January. I have had connectivity problems like the rest of you with my IOS iPad and iPhone devices. I have the latest firmware (V1.10.1.2), but the problem keeps getting worse. No!!!, I don't want to use the Orbi as an AP with my old router, I just want it to work like it is supposed to! Netgear has not been of any help. Have they helped you??? Suggestions???
