Question

I have gigablast internet connected to the WAN port. When I run a speed test with the orbi app I'm only show 400 to 500 mbps. Does the Orbi not support gig WAN?

What Firmware is currently loaded?What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?&nbsp;Is your speed test wired or wireless? agree with&nbsp;Retired_Member&nbsp;, don't use the app for speedtesting. Also follow what&nbsp;FURRYe38&nbsp;recommends and make sure to do it with a hardwired connection. Only other thing I can recommend is to directly connect to your modem and see if you have gigabit speeds at the modem.&nbsp;
