No Wifi, but Ethernet works fine
Using the RBR50 and 2 satellites. I decided to switch ISP’s. Tech came out today and installed modem. It showed online but my Orbi wouldn’t work with it. So I decided to just go back to the old ISP’s modem and cancel the new ISP. I had a little buyers remorse anyways because I didn’t realize I would be going from Fiber to Cable.
Anyways, now I can’t get my WiFi to work at all. The ethernet plugs work. Computer and gaming console are on the internet, but wifi has been down all day. And now after several reboots and factory resets, the Orbi network won’t even appear as a WiFi network on any of my devices.
I am unable to access orbirouter.com because I can’t even find the network. The devices connected via Ethernet can’t seem to access it either.
The RBR50 sits with the magenta light on.
I am so lost right now and seem to only be making things worse.
I don’t really see how the ISP tech could have changed anything.
Any ideas?

hardwired devices having no issues
The Orbi router should appear to those devices as the Internet "Gateway" IP address. Much of the time this IP address is 192.168.1.1
"orbilogin.com" (also orbilogin.net, routerlogin.com, routerlogin.net) are fake URLs that are intercepted by the Orbi router, which returns the router IP address.
Are you able to determine the Gateway IP address and connect to it using a web browser?

My first step would be to call the original ISP and confirm that their device (fiber uses an Optical Network Terminator [ONT], not a "modem") is working correctly.
The information appears inconsistent, i.e.:
- Computer and gaming console are on the internet, vs.
- The devices connected via Ethernet can’t seem to access it either
Which is it?
When an Orbi router is factory reset, the WiFi credentials change to those printed on the product label. Does that SSID appear as an available network and allow devices to connect using the password printed on the label?

Thanks for the reply!
I can contact the original ISP tomorrow. I initially ruled them because of the hardwired devices having no issues.
those devices have access to the internet as normal because they are plugged into the Ethernet of the RBR50. They cannot access orbilogin.com for me to be able to view the advanced settings of the router. I’ve tried the IP address and various routerlogin.net stuff in the url and it just redirects back to the netgear website.
ORBI63 is the factory SSID. It does appear as an available network on any device I’ve tried. Scanning the QR code just gives error that it cannot connect.- irish26Aspirant
Edit: ORBI63 does not appear as an available network
