Orbi RBR50 shows offline, but has Internet access

connected into modem and disconnected the separate spectrum wifi tower/router.  have internet access.  succesfully added two satellites.  app says "internet:offline" .  Does this matter?  Does it affect my wifi speed?  I have 400 mbps down from the cable company but effectively only 130 due to configuration of my house, i believe, but i wonder if fixing the "offline" issue will help.

    What modem is this?

ISP installed devices tend to be combo devices which put you in a double nat. Orbi frequently shows offline even when its online when its in a double nat situation.

thank you--Iwill contact spectrum to ask about that and will let you if it worked.  The modem just says "Spectrum".  Will find out

It’s a UBEE modem only. No wifi or router capability.

        Ok, you fine here then.

What does the status say on the RBRs web page under Basic Tab using a web browser and a PC?

    Modem Combo Units:
    Couple of options,
    1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly. Then use the Orbi router in router mode.
    2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
    3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop
