Problem with Remote Management on Orbi RBR50
Hi
I'm using the Orbi RBR50 system and I'm really happy with it. But when I want to enable the Remote Management in the Orbi app, I get this message: "This NETGEAR device is already registered with another account". I really don't understand why it says that, because I'm using only 1 account on Netgear. Can someone help me please? Thanks for your time! Rob
I use the RBR50 with firmware V2.1.4.16

Where did you get the Orbi from? New or used?
I would contact NG support and get there help on this...they'll need to help you get it registered correctly.
