Be sure to make a backup configuration to file for safe keeping. Helps save time if a reset is needed.

This is an interesting situation.
- How are the NAS connected to Orbi?
Both to the router?
Combination of router and satellite?
Wired, WiFi, or a combination? - What is the meaning of "disconnect"?
The NAS device transfers fail?
Other devices lose internet connection?
Thanks

Both to the satellite. If connect to router, router disconect at once.
Combination of router and satellite?
Yes
Wired, WiFi, or a combination?
Both r wired.
What is the meaning of "disconnect"?
All devices connected to the wifi went disconnected. No more signal.
The NAS device transfers fail?
I think it is due to wifi lost. It transfers awhile then fails
Other devices lose internet connection?
Yes, as mentioned above

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or maynot be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
