RBR20 Firmware HotFix Update not working
Your firmware website page shows a hotfix for ORbi RBR20 Firmware RBR20-V2.3.5.26.
Downloaded both new Satellite and Router Firmware (RBS20-V2.3.5.36 & RBR20-V2.3.5.36) and attempted to install Manually
through the web browser with the "Satellite" first since Automatic Download does not show a update function for either Router or Satellite and the firmware was rejected, saying wrong version.
Why is your firmware update not working?

Did you unzip the file after you downloaded it?
Yes I did, used the image file of the root of C:
What FW version do you have loaded currently?
Try a different browser. IE11 or Firefox.
Be sure to upack the .zip file to reveal the actual FW files to be used as suggested....

I was having the same problem, but was able to upgrade the satellites to RBS20 2.3.5.36.
Instead of trying to upgrade through the router ip address (192.168.1.1 in my case), find out the IP address of the satellite. This can be seen if you go into the router advanced settings > Administration > Attached devices. Then login in to the ip address of the satellite (192.168.1.8 and 192.168.1.9 in my case) and run the firmware upgrade there. That worked for me, while it failed saying incorrect firmware trying to do it through the router ip.
