RBR50 / RBS50-100PES not pairing + no internet detected on router but working

Hi

I recently buy a RBS50-100PES to add at my current router and satelite.

I bought it in French while the orginal Orbi was bought in the UK (and I leave in Ireland...) however same frequancy, should be a problem if for the contry code but doubt it really.

> Since today the RBR50 have no internet detected but actually have internet (that's my only AP and have internet on my phone...)

second issue with the sattelite add on RBS50-100PES 

> it's keep flashing white what ever I do.

I did : 

-  old a peper clip in the reset hole, wait to the power led flash red and then back to normal but still flashing  white .

- reboot a few time but no luck 

- connect to my computer by ethernet but cannot find the satelite IP

- plug a ethernet from the satelite addon and the router.

- press the sync button a few time but keep flashing white forwever

nothing work.

any idea of what I should do ?
