RBR50v2 upgraded to V2.7.2.104 - now RBR50 is pulsing white

Question

Feb 13, 2021I upgraded my RBR50v2 to V2.7.2.104 yesterday. It is now pulsing white though seems to be working at least partially. &nbsp;My RBS satellitle is not sowing lights and seems to be working.&nbsp;How do I fix this?&nbsp;

Have you powered OFF the ISP Modem and RBR for 30 seconds then back on with the modem first, then the RBR?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

How was the system updated? Orbi app or thru the RBRs web page?

My ISP Modem is Hitron Model CGNM2250&nbsp;It was updated by the Orbi App.&nbsp;I will try the 30 seconds off for bot devices. &nbsp;I did try turning off the RBR50 for a minute.

I did the power off of my modem and RBR50. &nbsp;I then brought modem back up and made sure it was working ok. I then reconnected my RBR50. &nbsp;The RBR50 did similar pulsing white and then went to solid magenta. &nbsp;It still seems to be working ok as does the satellite RBRS50?? but solid magenta on the RBR50. ... &nbsp;hmmmIt shows as fine on te orbi broswer and orbi app.&nbsp;bu solid magenta.
