RBS50 satellite will not reset, does not connect.
My satellite stopped working today. Running 2.1.4.16. Router works fine, on 2.2.1.210. The satellite does not connect to the router even if I'm 5 feet away. I tried a reset with a paperclip in the back but the green led does not change to amber. I can't manually reset the satellite through the app or web app because it doesn't think it's connected. Kind of at a loss for what to do. I've left it unplugged for almost 10 minutes as well, to no avail; a previous poster said it magically worked again on its own after unplugging. Any advice or ideas? Thank you!

Are you holding in the pin button until the top led turn on AMBER? Then let go. The led will then start to blink WHITE then plusate WHITE...

The top ring doesn't light up at all during the whole process, the little led on the back next to the power button stays green
- ShiufAspirantAlso, I can't do the manual update like that link suggests, the satellite does not connect to the router. Unless I can plug the satellite directly into the computer to update, but it doesn't sound like that's an option
