satelite not connecting

I did the fire ware update and not one of my 2 satatile is not working. the light on top is blinking white. I have tried to resync the satelite, push the reset button, powered off and on. I am lost on getting it to work again.

    Did you reset the router and set it up from scratch first. Then setup the Satellites>?

        I have tried to reset just my satelite by pushing the reset button on the back with a paper clip for 7 seconds. No change. Will I have to do the same method to the rounter and the other satelite that is working?

    10-15 seconds should be good enough. The LED on the back of the satellite should turn amber from green.

      After reset I can not reset up everything again. The router light is solid white, satellite 1 is solid blue, and satellite 2 is flashing white. Trying to set it back up with the app.

      Just finish talking to netgear support. The satellite is going to get replaced. It will not communicate wireless or hard wired to the router.

        Probably a bad unit. Let us know how the new replaced unit does.
