Win10 stopped connecting to my routers DNS server

I have had all my Win10 devices, both LAN and wireless, stop receiving a valid IP from my RBR50

Orbi routers today, and now they have no internet. There was no Windows update, and I went through exhaustive network troubleshooting on my devices. My router firmware was just updated to Version V2.7.5.6, so I assume this is an issue with this firmware on this older Windows OS.

I confirmed this is only an issue with my Orbi router with this OS because I can connect these devices via LAN and wireless to other non-Netgear routers, and I have no issues with my non-Win10 devices. Is anyone else seeing this?

Is IPv6 enabled on the RBR?

Using ISP detected DNS or custom DNS on the RBR?

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

You cleared the DNS cache on the Win10 PC?

Connect the Win10 PC directly to the ISP modem/ONT to see if it works there with out the RBR being online?

Setting a manual DNS Static address on the Win10 PC change anything?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?

Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:

    Turn off and unplug modem.

    Turn off router and computers.

Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.

Turn on computers and rest of network.

Brand and model# of the ethernet adapter in the Win10 PC?

Ensure drivers are up to date aswell.

Thank you for the insights. I have flushed IPv6 and tested the DNS settings on the operating system. I plan to power cycle the router once my wife finishes working from home. Fortunately, she uses a Mac and is experiencing no issues. I manually configured the IP address, which enabled me to start debugging the dynamic IP issue.

I have a Windows 10 PC connected to an RBR50 running firmware v2.7.5.6. The PC works fine.  (except, of course, for Microsoft no longer providing updates).

Although it should not make any difference, this PC appears in the LAN Setup table and has been assigned an IP address (so that I know that it always appears on the network with the same IP address).

p.s. Netgear released new firmware this month for the 50 system, v2.7.6.6  I am deliberately waiting a month to see what others report about the new firmware before installing it.
