Aircard 785s won't turn on

4 months old aircard 785s will not turn on , will not charge or connect with PC via USB .

there is nothing wrong with the lead or the charger.

Currently trying to get phone support to return under warranty , by the time you lot get round to answering the phone it will have been cheaper for me to have just gone out and buy another!

      Hello, I have a similar problem. I can turn the device on, but the battery won't charge neither from the wall socket nor from the computer. How to solve this problem?

        WIll yours turn on with the device plugged in to the mains, with the battery removed?

        Sounds like you have a duff battery.
