Code 3

Hi everyone,

 

My MR1100 keeps shutting off on its own and now every time I try to turn it on, I get the error, "Code 3 Remove Battery and USB". Does anyone know how to fix this?

  • If you remove the battery and just have it powered from the usb, does it work?

      Bonjour,

       

      On the screen of the router I have the error message : 'code 3 remove battery and USB'

      If I take off the battery and plug the USB cable only it works.

      What's wrong and what should I do

    SKU is MR1100-1TLAUS
    firmware version is NTG9X50C_12.06.08.00.

      Has anyone gotten a fix for this. Mine just started doing it randomly and now won’t go away.

        Hi, I have the same error code (3) when I installed a new battery. It works fine on usb. I see other people have had the same issue, can anyone help me please?
