Firmware Nighthakt M2

I have a bricked M2, it does not start. Please send me the current firmware.

    Hi rychro,

     

    May we please know the device SKU (e.g. MR2100-1TLAUS)? This can be checked on the box of the product or on the barcode label

     

    Have you tried factory resetting the device? Please remove the SIM card and hold down the reset button until you see a change in the LED.

      The SKU is: MR2100-100EUS

       

      I've tried a factory reset several times. But this could not solve the problem.

      With no SIM installed.

        MR2100-1TLAUS is an ISP / Telstra SKU. There is no option to manually update the firmware as it is locked by the Internet Provider. All upgrades are provided over-the-air.

         

        Kindly describe the issue you are facing with your device. Can you please let us know what troubleshooting you've tried?
