LM1200 fails updating / checking firmware, no WAN feature
I recently purchased the LM1200 and found that the WAN feature is not enabled. I have attempted on several occasions to update the firmware by navagating to Settings > Software and Reset > Check for Update but I only receive the following error:
Software Update
Check for new software online:
Update Error
There was a problem updating your device. Please try again later.
The WAN port was a deciding factor when purchasing this device.
Is there any place where I can download a firmware version that has the port enabled and manually apply it?
Current version information:
Firmware Version:EC25AFFDR07A09M4G
App Version:NTG9X07C_20.04.07.06
Web App Version:LM1200-HDATA_03.03.103.189
Hardware Version:1.0

Please do factory reset and try again.
If you still have the issue, I will sedn you the local FW upgrade package for you to upgrade your device using Web GUI.

I understand this problem can be solved. I purchased an LM1200-111NAS and can still use the WAN. How can I fix this? It's possible to use it.
