M6 Pro (MR6500) Offload Losing Internet

I have a Nighthawk M6 Pro that is set up to offload internet to a Starlink router with AT&T data plan for standby. I’ve tried both WiFi and Ethernet offloading to Starlink, but in both scenarios the Internet becomes unavailable after 30 to 45 minutes.

Internet connectivity is restored if I restart the Nighthawk M6 Pro. Any tips or configurations that would improve the stability of the Internet connection with Starlink?

    Hello JohnPeng,

    Any update on this issue?

Could you please try with the latest AT&T release that went public recently? Please let me know if you still see the offloading data link failure.

I saw the issue couldn't be reproduced in our internal testing using the latest release.

    Thanks

I think you should have a Starlink ethernet adaptor in order to offload using Ethernet port.

Could you please run a continuous PING when the device offloaded to WiFi or Ethernet and check whether this will improve the stability of the data connection?

    Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I did get the Starlink Ethernet adapter, and tried both WiFi and Ethernet offloading. I’ll try running a continuous ping, as you suggested and post back.

Thanks for the quick update. I will check with the team what will be the next steps to debug the issue.

Just want double check, you wouldn't see the issue when you connected the WiFi devices directly to Starlink WiFi router.

        Thanks
