MR 7450 is not detectable in mobile app..

Hello! Recently purchased an Nighthawk MR7450 mobile router and am experiencing the following issue: it can't detect in Netgear Mobile app. It's connected via Wi-Fi and web access is fine. I also have an MR6550 mobile hotspot, and it can be detected and connected to your app without any issues. The latest firmware is used. Otherwise, there are no complaints about the work. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

  • I tried this method, but unfortunately, it still doesn't recognize the mobile app. I tried it on both an Android device and an iOS device. It's the same thing everywhere. I tried clearing the cache, deleting and reinstalling it, and reconnecting, but it still doesn't recognize it. Netgear recognizes any older devices without any problems.

  • I’ve seen this happen before with some newer Nighthawk models. Sometimes the Netgear Mobile app doesn’t pick up the MR7450 even though Wi-Fi and web access are working fine. A quick fix that helped me was clearing the app cache and re-pairing the device. Also try checking if the router shows up after a full reboot.
