Netgear Nighthawk firmware update

I took a netgear nighthawk m1 firmware update on Thursday Night and now it does not show my data usage like it should: https://prnt.sc/109mh9r so Please fix it! I have restarted the modem took the sim out and back in and it hasnt fixed it!

  • I'm having same issue.  Device showing Firmware version NTG9X50C_12.06.21.00 with a build date of 01/08/2021.  I've been unable to find any information concerning this firmware version.

      Yeah when I go to the modem page at the bottom it gives me a option to apple or discard and when I hit apply it says retry! so I cant see data usage on the modem or the modem page! I hope they fix this soon or tell us how to fix it!

  • I have the same issue. No data showing after latest update. This is a loss of one of the good features of this router.

      Curious to know what firmware version you are showing on the device now and what ISP you are using.

      Yeah Im thinking about doing a factory reset, so it will work again! If they dont fix it in a few days!

        Well I did a factory reset and it didnt remove the latest firmware update!
