No Device Attached
I have a MBR1515 that boots up and provides the following lights
power - green
wireless - blue blinking
4G LTE - blue
Signal - blue
WPS - green
I log into the router and it says I do not have internet access. I then navigate into the "Mobile Broadband Settings" and my connection status is "NO Device Attached. I hit the "Connect" button and it detects the mode, goes to Negotiating -> Connecting -> Not Connected -> Detecting Modem -> No Devices Attached -> Detecting Modem -> Scanning -> Connecting -> Not Connected
My access number is *99***3#
APN vzwinternet
I've reached out to Verizon but they say it's something with the device since the sim works in other MBR1515's that we have.
anyone ever have a problem like this before?

Hello thor1470
Have you tried to do a factory reset the modem you hold down the reset button for 10 seconds and it will factory reset the modem and you will have to reconfigure the modem.

I just tried doing the factory restore and afterwards I'm still at the same spot. Any other options?

unfortunately, no. we had a spare one in reserve that I used to swap out as no solution has been found. the factory reset did nothing and if I swap the sim card into another device it works, so the issue is done to the device itself.
