Accessing Web Interface on old (2010 or older) ProSafe Switches

Not really a question, more an FYI for those who might still have to manage older ProSafe switches in 2017...

VLAN/LAG membership settings dont work in ALL modern browsers.

Netgear has a KB article here that recommends which browser(s) to use:

https://kb.netgear.com/23841/The-VLAN-and-LAG-configuration-screens-do-not-display-correctly-on-my-switch

Doing my own testing, the latest browser version that appears to support VLAN/LAG membership functionality is Firefox 17.0.11ESR, released in 2012.  At the very least that can be installed on a VM somewhere especially for the purpose of managing these switches

I'd recommend turning off the Auto Update features to keep it locked at that version.
