Can I use a M4300-16X L3 switch (XSM4316PA-100NES) as a router for the CM2000?
I would like to use the M4300-16X L3 switch (XSM4316PA-100NES) as a router for the CM2000 and connect multiple CX1800 as WiFi access points. Is this possible? I also intend to connect multiple L2 switches and computers to the M4300 using VLANs. How would I set up the connection to the CM2000?

Typo above: meant AX1800 (WAX204) instead of CX1800. I am also connecting an AC1600 (R6260) as a wireless access point and don't plan to use the router, if I can get the router in the M4300 to do the job.
What an interesting concept!
My first thought is, "not a chance in hell". This is a switch intended for complicated corporate settings rather than something designed to connect to a residential cable system, where the public IP address is usually dynamic and can change without warning at any time. Maybe........, if the cable system does not require user login (PPPoE). Notice that the word "modem" does not appear anywhere in the User Manual.
If it works, all those WiFi access points can be set up to create almost any sort of LAN, with the clear understanding that they will create entirely separate WiFi networks. Even if they are all set up with the same WiFi SSID/password, devices will not roam from one to the other unless the original signal fades away entirely and the device drops it and begins searching for a new signal.
Will be an interesting experiment. Good Luck!

Doubt the m4300 can be configured for many2one NAT operations required for such an environment.
