Can I use all 4 10G ports on the S3300-28X (GS728TX) at the same time?
So as the title says, can I use all 4 10GbE ports at the same time, this switch has 2 x RJ45 and 2 x SFP+

Yes, you can the switches which you can't use all ports are the ones with the "combo ports". I may have seen a setup before where they have connected three switches using the stacking ports and looped switches 1 and 3 with the RJ45 connection.
