Can't ping hosts across SFP+ and RJ45 ports
I've recently bought a M4300-12X12F switch, which has 12 RJ45 ports and 12 SFP+ ports.
I have some computers connected via RJ45 ports within the network, let's say 10.155.129.x/24
And now I have a computer connected via SFP+ ports, also in the same network (10.155.129.x/24)
But my problem is, hosts with RJ45 can't ping that host with SFP+ or the other way around.
I have no idea why.
Can someone help me please?

Hi kenjichanhkg,
Welcome to the community!
Could you please answer questions as below? We want to know more detailed information about your concern.1. Please show the configuration and status of these two ports, you can show by CLI command as 'show running-config interface x/x/x' and 'show port status'
2. Please try ping Switch IP from two host, and check if both them can ping Switch OK?
3. If these two ports is up and configuration is correct, please check whether the fireware is eanble or not in two host.
Hope it helps!

3) fireware? firmware? what's fireware ?
2) yes, both can ping the switch
1) servers are in a data center, I can't CLI at the moment, but I have access to the management interface:
See the SFP+ is active, and many other RJ45 ports.
Below is port configurations
Below is the port stats of port 1.
Here is port stats of one of the many RJ45 ports:
See if these help.
Many thanks!

Sorry for the third question, I mean to check whether firewall enable on host or not. Is the firewall block ping response?
As both two hosts can ping Switch success, so the communication between Switch and host is OK.
