Yes, between multiple VPN providers.
Looks like its kinda hard to complete if we dont buy a pfSense router that is little to advanced for me.

Failover for the VPN client to different VPN concentrators [servers] (most VPN providers use DNS, so why bother?) or between multiple VPN providers?

Generic usage of some hide-my-butt VLAN providers isn't a business feature you wont find on many products, and I have not talked about multiple providers. It's (sory saying...) more something for aluminum hat people and suspect criminals. Not talking of the bandwidth sharing - just the VPN ideas: What other reason is there for such a set-up?
