AGAIN, you are being rude and not helpful at all! As a moderator I would expect you to be more helpful.
I'm asking for other people's experience with Netgear's support and their hardware to get answers for the troubles I am having.
Is this box dead? Do the jumpers have any functionality? Is there a hardware restore (obviously I had no luck with the Switch Recovery Tool) that will restore this unit?
Is Netgear lenient on this kind of issue?
Do I have any case to stand on? Is the warranty only for the original owner or does it stick with the product? If it does, I might only be a few weeks out of warranty based on the date stamped on the product, right?
