You can try using a different computer that has not updated Java as a work around. We are still waiting for a fix and might take months.Or try the following:-Uninstall java 8-Manually install java 7Regards,
This is a problem with the highest line of products you sell, and yet you still have not fixed the problem. How long do you expect to keep peoples business? Other companies sell switches where all of the features work, but you don't. New products keep coming out with old problems. Why on EARTH is this not fixed yet?
Agree, this is dissapointing. Not even a date. I have this problem with several switches. Additonally, I can not get the GS516TP www interface to work at all with IE 11, except enter password. Have to use Edge, then still no device interface.
