Fast ethernet available on m4300 16x?

The M4300-8X8F switch supports 100Mbps on all 10GBASE-T RJ45 ports. As reference, kindly check page 3 of the M4300 series data sheet here.

Yes! All 10G models support Fast Ethernet with their copper RJ45 ports, as stated in each tech spec (datasheet, product pages, etc.)

 

In fact, the latest M4300-16X is even better, since it provides Fast Ethernet, 1G, 2.5G, 5G and 10GBASE-T on its 16 ports -
