Faulty switch
NetGear ProSafe GS728TP switch continually drop connection. I have factory reset it, updated firmware, downgraded firmware switched between the current-active dual image files and nothing has helped...

Use the my.netgear.com online portal - with the switch properly registered you can use Contact Support -> Replace my defective product
If properly assiged to your Netgear account, the case should be visible there anyway.
