FS726TP - vlan cannot acces other device

Situation

FS726TP switch

setup 2x vlan
Vlan1 - untagged - ports 1-8 / 13-24
Vlan2 - untagged - ports 9-12

Vlan1 - windows server dhcp - 192.168.10.x range
Vlan2 - draytek2920 port4  dhcp router 10.10.1.x range

port 1 from draytek to port 1 of netgear
port 4 from draytek to port 9 of the netgear

Vlan 1 works fine like normal network
Vlan 2 work only for internet , ill get on port 10-12 a ip adres from the 10.10.1.x range, and internet goes fine
ive connected a pc on port 10, and also a good 10.10.1.x ip adres when i try to ping to a switch/nas/ipcamera on 1 of the otherports i have no problems
but when i try to reach the other devices on the webinterface i cant get contact, in some cases the name of the page are shown in the titlebar, but then he keeps loading, without result

i have also tried to create a port based vlan, with the same results.

in the other range, i havent any trouble

    Hi zwartemerel,

    Welcome to the community! :)

    Here are my questions below:

    a. If you connect the device/s (NAS, IP camera, etc.) directly to a PC, are you able to access the web interface of the device/s?

    b. What is the current firmware version of the FS726TP?

    c. What is the Operating System of the computer you are using to access the web interface of the device/s?  Is it Windows 10/8//7/Vista/XP or MAC?

    d. Have you check the IP setting (such as DNS, default gateway) of the device/s you want to access the web interface?

I look forward to your response.

    Regards,

      Hello,

after some experience, i find out the connection to the other devices gives the problems,

a other switch in the network gives the troubles.

      its all fine now ;-)

      Henri
