FS728TP not passing DHCP
My Managed switch seems to not be passing dhcp to devices connected to it

It seems that you were having issues with the switch that you have. May I know if it is still providing power to POE? Can you still ping the switch? You may try resetting it first to factory default and upgrade the firmware to its latest version.
