fs728tp setting sntp time server causes random switch reboots \ restarts
In an attempt to syncronize all of my clocks and logging in my switches, I set the netgear time settings to sync with external time servers. Upon doing this, my servers started randomly reboot throughout the day, every 8 to 12 hours. I changed the settings back to 'local' time and the random reboots stopped occurring.
I am on the latest firmware with all switches. Software version 5.0.2.39 and boot version b5.2.0.5

Hello Robertg34,
We have the same issue in software version 5.0.2.33. The switch automatically reboots (more) after I have configured the SNTP server settings. Randomly, it reboots.
I wanted to have a correct timestamp in the logs because we had also an automatically reboot, even before configuring the SNTP server.
Did you encounter the same ? I doubt a lot about the stability of this type of switch.
Anyone have similar issues ?
