Welcome to the community! :)
I inquired your concern to the higher tier of NETGEAR Support and just got a feedback. As per the higher tier of NETGEAR Support, the only option to recover the FSM7326P switch as well as put a working image back to it is only through Xmodem. Kindly read page 4-9 of the ProSafe 7300 Series CLI reference manual here about the format of the copy command specifying Xmodem.
If ever still it won't work, kindly post a screenshot of what you see or if you encounter an error message.
