Fully Managed vs Smart Managed vs Web Managed (Plus) Switches

We are upgrading our network infrastructure, and I basicaly opt for the Netgear switches due to their 10Gbit lineup. Our idea is to connect servers and switches on 10Gbit network and rest of our devices on 1Gbit. My question is regarding type of switches that we will buy. I can't clearly see differences between fully managed, smart managed and web managed(plus) swiches. Is there any comparison table available on web that would compare types of switches?

Our idea is to get one 10Gbit switch (something like xs708t or xs712t), GS752TX-100NES and two GS728TX-100NES switches. We would like to stack all of these switches over 10gb ethernet ports which are in different parts of the building (but this is not essential), and usual services like QoS,  VLAN and link agregation capabilities. Are these switches good selection or someone has better suggestion?

I am looking at a similar think at the moment.  Just a few notes that I have found.  There are two generations of 10Gb in the netgear lineup that arent immediately apparent.  Firstly the XS708E and XS712T are first gen devices.  As are the GS728TS and GS752TS.  The second gen devices are XS708T and XS716T (and the 24/48 too), plus the S3300 range are newer.  I would discount the XS712T personally based on the featureset (ip6 routing if you need such a thing)
