I'm having same problem with FVS336Gv2 router. Everything is wired, no wifi. Opened ports 8082 and 8083 and nothing. The router is behind a UVerse modem/router with all ports opened to the Netgear router. Everything else passes through just fine.

Do you have your Uverse modem/router bridged or FVS336Gv2 acting as just s switch because there could be a conflict between the two.
